Unassembled with some missing pieces. Being sold "AS IS" with the understanding that you will need additional parts to assemble it, as shown, or use it as parts and pieces for another kit. As far as I can see, all roofing shingles, all small dowel pieces, corbel bracket pieces, the brick template tape, brick powder and door knobs are missing. There could possibly be other missing pieces, but I think it was the small pieces in the bags that would have been originally included in the kit. The main structure of the house looks to be complete. Does have the silk screened window sheet and instruction manual. Box has storage wear and has been wet. I didn't notice any damage to the pieces..
