Vintage draw knife hand tool woodworking

This is an antique/vintage draw knife woodworking hand tool. It is about 19" long from end to end. The blade part measures about 11". I am selling it in 'as found' condition. It is worn and has markings from use. Across the top of the blade part I can make out the letters 'D Pugh'.  Please review the photos for more details. Thank you.
