Vintage Dillon Hand Hoist Very Old

This buy it now is for an old vintage hand hoist or come along made by Dillon . A small portion of the end of the handle might be missing or has been cut off just looking at the end of it is not smooth . Not sure if it is missing any springs the parts move freely, not sure of the year it has patented on the wheel very cool item Buyer pays for shipping to the lower 48 more for the others and other countries.
