Vintage pin, nicely detailed, appears to be made of brass, accented with dark blue enameling in the CSPT letters (California Sterile Processing Technician). The bear, combined with the caduceus, indicates a position in the medical sciences in California. Pin measures 3/4" wide and high with a straight pin back. No other names or markings. Nice condition. The enamel in the "T" is fine, it's just shiny and reflecting light. Safety catch in perfect working order.
