Vintage BOGEN Challenger CHB 50 Watt Amplifier Modded For Guitar

Modded for guitar by the late great Frank Payte in Arkansas. An absolute amp whizz. Great for cleans and drives nicely as well to get that great tube distortion sound at louder volumes. This amp was used in live situations as a festival backline amp and all of the touring bands that played it were always surprised at how awesome it sounded and how good it was for a pedal platform. It was also the live amp for the band Banzai Florist paired with a 1x12 cab. Some normal aging. Hate to let this go but I don’t use it much anymore and need to make room in my studio. Would love for this to go to someone who knows how to care for this and has an appreciation for unique vintage amps!
