I purchased this used and as it is and I'm not sure if at some times the shaft was cut or not. The threads look a bit short to me but I cannot say for certain. It is listed for parts or not working, I do not know if it's been modified and if Parts need to be replaced. There is rust on parts and pitting in the chrome. Please use pictures to help determine condition. The question mark in the title and the kids said I'm not exactly sure of the time period of this aside from the fact that I know it's older and might be from the 50s or 60s.
