This is a darling handmade cross stitch napkin holder. It is a great way to keep cloth napkins in one spot in a drawer! It is 24" long and 17" wide when fully opened and 9.5" x 8.5" when folded up. The edges have a special machine stitch that made a little ball every inch or so. I don't see any discoloration in the fabric.
