Found at an estate sale looks to be a battery eliminator for vintage radioes (however not sure) looks super cool maybe from the 1930-40’s. The power cord has been replaced and as I looked inside from the holes in the back looks like newer capacitors have been replaced at some point, however I did not open it up or plug it in. This unit is being sold AS IS AS FOUND, untested and no guarantee of operation or what it is. Great collectors piece!
Update:
I received many requests about the inside so i went at it. This is home-made to look vintage probably to power vintage radios, inside is a complex circuit board, I did take voltage tests on the 100, 150, 250 terminals and got somewhat correct voltages. Please see new pics.
SELLING AS IS AS FOUND, tested however no guarantee of operation or what it will do.
Personal note,
I believe I overpaid for this however I just had to have it. Super cool displaying but really does not fit in my collection. Willing to let it go if it fits yours…John
