Vintage Austria Pill Box Trinket Ring Box Filigree Purple Gem Stone

Up for sale is this neat little pill box. It is about 1 1/4 inches tall and 1 inch wide. It looks to be in good condition. It is marked Austria on the bottom. I think it is brass, but not sure. To get the lid off, you simply twist the lid to the little notch out and it's open. It could use a good cleaning. The stone on top looks to be in good condition and is a beautiful dark purple.
