Vintage ANDROCK Red and White Handle 1/4 cup Flour/Sugar Scoop Kitchen Utensil. Androck was a successful line into the 1940’s with their colorful red, yellow and green Catalin plastic handles. 

Writing inside is missing some of the brand due to scratches. Otherwise, handle is sturdy.
