Stereo Equalizer + amplifier 40 Watts  GS DIN (50 watts) EQ-740 with 7 band and green and red  LEDs. A little treasure from the past.

New old stock from mid seventies early 1980's. Made in Germany or so it seems.

The equalizer is new boxed  old stock from a closing shop.

Very rare to find such an item in brand new boxed condition.

This was one of THE BEST you could get back then and top trend  with aluminum face black accents and leds. (7 band and LEDs left and right green and red flashing leds to sound one above the other)

My father recalls: To get something like this to your car in the 70's in Europe and UK was about 20% the value of the car.

You were happy if the car had a MW radio, where in the States the 8 track tape was already popular and factory standard to premium cars.

Leds were rare and expensive back then. The price you see here its about the same it was back then as LEDS, Fm radio and compact cassette  were patended  innovative technology and expensive...not for everyone in those times.

Taking the inflation into account this should sell 5-7 times as much.

So if you are restoring a classic car and you want the authentic sound this is it.

Maybe you are nostalgic about those good years the 80's, you can stil install it to drive your front speakers

Hate to see old classic cars with CD and usb units flashing in the air... showing off... in the most inapropriate places Bliah.... If you need the modern  just hide it.... It ruins it all. Its just .... inapropriate to say the least.

This is it, new in the box never used. Ships worldwide, get in touch by ebay platform

Note this is a graphic equalization and its very easy to set, not parametric that no one can tune or understand it..

Package includes Manual in German and English with diagrams to connect as well as schematics for future repairs.
