Vintage 1949 Motorola 7VT5R, Red 7" Portable TV. Cosmetics are very good, even excellent overall with some small scratches and small stains/dirt here and there. Certainly the best one I have seen in quite some time. The antenna and stand that stowed in the lid are missing and the leather hold downs are dried out and torn. There is a  cloudiness to the clear plastic face over the CRT face that may or may not polish off. I can also see there was a dealer badge pinned on just below the screen, see 2 small holes. This set has the correct original knobs. Be sure to see all the photos below including close-up shots. 

The chassis appears to be completely original with no repairs or replacement parts since new. I did not test any of tubes but did test the RCA 7JP4 picture tube. Sencore CR70 Test: H-K Shorts - Good, G1 Shorts -Good, Cutoff - Just a little Low, Emissions - Good and the Life Test is Good too. There are no scratches on the face.

I am selling this TV and all its parts as-is, display only, not working, for parts and repair, no returns for any reason.  This TV must be checked over, repaired and made safe by a qualified technician before use.

TV measures 10 1/2” tall, 17 1/4” wide, 20 12” deep and weighs 28 lb. 

Box will measure 15” tall, 22” wide, and 26” deep and weigh 35 lb. when packed.
