Vintage 1939 Patrolmen's Benevolent Association Program PBA Union Elizabeth NJ

Moderate but noticeable signs of wear and tear present throughout. Notable staining, creasing, damage, writing/penciling, tears, loss, and other condition issues present. Several pages are loose as the staples holding them are rusted and falling apart. Binding is in poor condition for its age.
