Vintage 1930's? Blade Master Safety Razor Blade Sharpener Preowned

this is a used preowned blade master safety razor blade sharpener.there is wear on this sharpener.the outside of the plastic case has some scuffs and scratches throughout all sides.the rope has some grime and general use wear but is still very solid.there is some paint wear on the wooden ball on the end of the rope.the three metal clips on the other end of the rope have a little rust on them.on the inside of the sharpener the metal screw heads are rusty and the green colored sharpining pads have dark spotting,white spotting as well as general use wear.the sharpener appears to still function as intended.thank you for looking at this listing.
