i do not have much on the history of this beauty. it was in my Aunt’s house for as long as i can remember. (Over 50 years)The way it shows in pics is the way I received it. Cable/pully is there and it appears to be functional but I am not going to try to use it or get it going since I do not have any knowledge of this type of machinery. There is an attached light with power (chorded). Not plugged in to test for reasons just noted. Great looking table/cabinet. Please see pics to judge.
