We are pleased to present a John Maxwell dulcimer, made in Cookeville, Tennessee. Comes with wall rack for wall mounting. The 4-string dulcimer measures 33.5" long, and 6.75" wide. There is some wear visible to the frets, and the strings likely need to be replaced. It has been in storage a while. There's some light dust inside. The surface is very clean with some dust in the nooks, there is some light spotting (see pics) on both the dulcimer and rack that will clean off with some TLC. On the dulcimer, there is a small rub spot where the felt-lined rack touched the body of the instrument. On the back of the dulcimer, there are some light white paint flakes stuck at the edge. I have not tried to clean anything up. Please see pics.
