We accept payments through eBay's managed payments program.

All winning auctions and offers must be paid within 4 days; An unpaid item dispute will be opened through eBay for all unpaid purchases.

We accept returns for 30 days. (starting at the date you received the product)

We can only accept returns of new & unused items! (If you installed, used or damaged the product, it is no longer considered 'new'.

We ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping charges*.

If you would like to return a product, please open a return through eBay. Please do not send a product back to us without opening a return request first!

* We can't afford to offer free returns and keep prices low, so we've decided to skip free returns and keep prices low instead.

Please keep all original packaging!

Please contact us through eBay and provide pictures and a description of the problem you identified.

If we determine that a product has been damaged in shipping, is dead on arrival (DOA) or is defective from new, we will offer a refund or replacement (provided we have stock). You may be asked to provide pictures or to send the product back to us for inspection before we can offer a refund or replacement.

If we realize we shipped the wrong product to you, sent the wrong quantity of parts or otherwise goofed on your order, we will offer you an immediate refund or replacement (provided we have stock). You may be asked to provide pictures or to send the incorrect product(s) back to us (at our expense).

We have up to a two (2) day handling time.

United States & its Territories: We offer USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground as our preferred shipping methods.

Canada, Mexico and all other Countries: We offer shipments through eBay's Global Shipping Program.

All the listings in our eBay store have combined shipping enabled by default. This allows you to add parts from our store to your eBay cart and pay one shipping charge for your entire order. Shipping prices are set by UPS or USPS and are calculated based on total package weight and destination.

Do not confuse us with the shipping carrier. We DO NOT set delivery estimates, NOR do we offer refunds or replacements for packages that are lost, delayed, mis-delivered or damaged. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the Shipping Carrier to resolve any delivery issues or file any claims.
