We will require the product to be returned to us so we can allow inspection by the manufacturer. We will update you with any progress on the claim while it is active, with the process typically taking 4-6 weeks. |

| If following investigation the product is found to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect we will reimburse you for the original value of the part you ordered or send you a replacement product free of charge, plus refund any reasonable costs you incurred by posting the original item back to us. Please note that this vehicle component must only be installed by a trained professional. This business/ individual may be contacted by the manufacturer during any warranty claim to ensure the product was installed correctly. The warranty will only cover the value of the part(s) originally ordered and the warranty will not cover non-professional installation, labour charges or any other consequential losses incurred. |
