Product Description

  • How to perform daily cleaning and maintenance?

    Disassemble and clean the pump every 2 weeks. Use scissors/tweezers to remove the rotor, then brush it thoroughly. Replace the filter and sponge, and refresh the water in the fountain.

  • What should I do if I find that the water is running low or not coming out?

    Check that the impeller is clean, the tank has enough water, and the outlet is properly aligned and installed.

  • Are there any cleaning recommendations before first time use?

    To ensure better use, we recommend that you rinse thoroughly with boiled water before first time use.

  • What is the on/off button on the power cord for?

    This button only serves to turn the blue light on/off.

  • Is this pet fountain dishwasher safe?

    Yes, and please note that the pump, filter and sponge parts should be removed.
