This 3000/4000 Governor spring kit that fits your 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1998 Dodge Cummins 12 Valve P7100! Great upgrade to allow the engine to rev higher and have better throttle response. Excellent upgrade for towing and daily driving. If you plan on revving past 3200 RPM, it is recommended you use our heavy duty valve springs as well and this listing includes those springs.
