Some Information about us.
  • We are a Manufacture of Billet Valve Cover Spacers and Adaptors.
  • All of our Spacers and Adaptors are Made in USA with USA Made Materials.
  • With Medice Manufacturing Valve Cover Spacers you no longer have to use tall valve covers to clear enhanced-performance valve train components.
  • Utilize your factory valve cover (or any valve cover) and gain space for high performance valve train parts/components.
  • We also manufacture valve cover adaptors / conversion kits to put different valve covers on different engines.
  • Our GASKETLOK feature incorporates a relief cut in critical areas. This addition process causes the gasket material to become imbedded into the spacer providing a tighter grip of the gasket against the spacer surface. GASKETLOK is compatible will all premium gaskets on the market. The result is a better seal with greater gripping action to keep the gasket in place.

Some information about installing our valve cover spacers.
  • IF you are using an aftermarket aluminum head with a good, machined valve cover surface many people (including myself) just silicone the spacer to the head.
  • IF you are using a cast aluminum valve cover & it is good, flat & straight in the gasket surface then just use Silicone (form-a-gasket) between the spacer &valve cover.
  • IF your Head is as cast and rough, we recommend using a gasket between the spacer and the head.
  • IF you are using a tin valve cover (once again MUST be flat) I recommend a gasket between spacer & valve cover.
  • MOST IMPORANT everything MUST be clean & MUST use a good quality gasket.
  • The BEST silicone I have found is Ford Motorcraft RTV for use on 7.3 Power Stroke Diesel Engines! Motorcraft Part number (TA31). You can get it at your local Ford Dealer.
  • We also enclose an information sheet with each set of spacers sold.
