VALET, The Million Dollar Razor In Original Box, Blade Leather Strap Paperwork

The million dollar razor Valet with box and papers, 2 valet blade and box , and leather strop valet usa. Leather feels good and movable moist not dry, razor needs a good clean, one blade still in paper envelope sealed and ine is roaming free, not sure how to gage its condition so assuming used.. and razors have paper box, papers for razor and box seems good shape for age. Everything is vintage and shows signs of use and wear and has been in its little box for who know how long. Was stored inside and not outside. Kind of a green substance on handle of razor, some spots on leather strap. Have not attempted to clean in any way. Left as is, not sure proper way and didnt want to damage.
