USMC Breaching Kit ALICE Rucksack Frame with Pelican Hardigg Hard Shell Case Attached
This is a standard Alice pack frame that the Marine Corps uses to carry the APOBS breaching kit inside the hard-shell case. There are 8 wind down latches that secure the lid on the base. There's no breaching kit in this, obviously, but it makes a fantastic hard shell transport pack. It's in excellent shape, but the rear cinch strap on the waist belt is missing. You could transfer one from another pack or use 550 cord wound around it and tied off to secure it. All eight of the latches work great and the plastic top and bottom fit together nicely. I don't know that the case is a Pelican/Hardigg, but those latches are what I associate with P/H boxes. The second picture shows a Marine with the set on his back.
