Used USMC CAS Medical Sustainment Bag

This is a used USMC Medical Sustainment bag which is part of the larger USMC Medical Assault pack system. It was designed to be used with assorted size pouches that would Velcro inside of the pack and would hold various medical supplies needed in the field. This pack will come with at least one pouch (model may vary). Packs are used and have various stains on the front and back (see picture). All buckles and zippers work properly. No rips, tears, or holes. Pack are fully functional but are stained. PLEASE be advised: we cannot guarantee the stains will come out. There could be writing on the pack as well.
