Payment is
expected within 7 days of auction end. Buyer is responsible for all freight
charges.
6% Michigan sales
tax where applicable.
Machines will
need to ship on a flatbed truck. If planning to ship in an enclosed trailer it
will need to be crated. Crating charges are extra.

It is the user’s
responsibility to provide proper safety devices and equipment to safeguard the
operator from harm for any particular use, operation or set up, and to
safeguard adequately the machine or machines to conform to all Federal, State
and Local Government Safety Standards, and all Industry Safety Standards.
MDNA return
privilege applies to all machines (unless sold as-is). We will accept (within
30 days of shipment) any machines and equipment, freight prepaid, for refund of
the purchase price if proven mechanically unsatisfactory; or repair at dealer’s
option.
Machines are
shipped F.O.B. our plant. If damages are to occur during shipment it becomes
the freight company’s responsibility.
It is important that you
contact us with in 24 hours. You need to inform me of how and when you
will pay for your item and how you plan on shipping it. If you do not contact
me within 10 days it will be treated as a non paying bidder and the appropriate
action will be taken.
