This is not your average holder, made by Lyndex-Nikkon, it is their HSK63A-SK10C-120 SK10 Collet Chuck & it is in very, very good condition!  Holder uses a 8° taper SK10 collet which provides double the clamping force & precision of a ER collet.  Coolant thru is available with optional coolant tube & T.I.R. is <.0002" at 4xD.  Then it is rated at 30,000 RPM with a 4.134" gage length & uses that SK10 collets with a range of .069" to .394" in fractional or metric sizes, those ranges will vary with manufacturer.  Included is a Nikkon SK10-6.5 range collet as well.
