US flag flown over the Capitol on July 4, 1976. Pristine condition in a commemorative shadow box. Includes twin certified authenticity. The first is from the Architect of the Capitol to US Rep. Frank Horton attesting to the flag being flown at the congressman’s request on July 4, 1976. The second is the letter from Congressman Horton to Lewis Gould presenting the flag to him. Also included are all the historical paperwork and instructions for preserving the flag. Everything is pristine but the back of the case is particle board so I haven’t opened it to take more pictures. If you’re interested, I will take further pictures.
