This wheel alignment tool can help you restore the strut to its original camber position after removing and reinstalling the suspension, or check the amount of camber change before re-installation. Suitable for accurate checking of the castor and camber angle.
Measurement Angle
The wheel alignment tool can measure angles from -90° to +90°. The "↓" arrow indicates external tilt and the "↑" arrow indicates internal tilt. When tilting occurs, the value can be adjusted to the desired value by simply adjusting the eccentric screw.
Magnet Base
The camber alignment tool base is designed with a powerful magnet that easily attaches to a variety of metal surfaces. The outer diameter of the base is 1.77 inches/45 mm, which is a smaller adsorption area than other camber gauges, thus improving measurement accuracy.
Position Bubble Design 
Adjust the positioning bubble to the center when attaching the camber gauge to the brake disc can make the test more accurate.
Reset Key & Data Record
The digital camber gauge is designed with a reset button. Press the "ZERO" key to reset. And then you can adjust the eccentric bolt to make the camber alignment tool reach to the expected value. After resetting, the digital camber gauge can keep the last reference value upon turning the power on or off.
Operation Step:
1. Check with a four-wheel aligner to determine whether the camber angle needs to be adjusted;
2. Remove the four-wheel aligner sensor (clamp) and tire;
3. Suck the magnetic level on the brake disc and center the horizontal bubble of the level;
4. Press the""on I off"" switch of the level gauge to start up. After the interface number is stable, press ""zero"" to return to zero;(the interface displays the numbers ""0.0"" and ""zero"" at the same time)
5. Replace the upper bolt of the original shock absorber with the upper eccentric bolt;
6. Adjust the eccentric screw to make the level reach the expected value, and lock the eccentric nut with a torque wrench;(the ""inside arrow"" arrow faces the inside, which means it is adjusted down; the arrow goes beyond the outside, which means it is adjusted up)
7. Install the tire and fixture (sensor), remeasure with the locator and correct other angle data.
