PROCESSING
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed upon the completion of your payment. A business day is Monday through Friday, except for designated National holidays such as Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, etc when Postal Service is not available. We are closed Saturday & Sunday. Any orders accepted on the weekend will not be processed until the next business day.
RETURN POLICY
We hope you are pleased with your purchase, but if you are not you have 14 days from the original purchase of your item to process a return. Returns are only accepted if the item is still in its original condition. All tags must be intact. If you send back an item that is used the item will be refused and returned at your expense. Buyers pay for the return shipping, and no shipping costs are refunded.
SHIPPING
We ship only to the address you send to us with your payment. Please do not email us separately or add a note to the payment requesting that an item ship to an address other than the one you used at checkout. Delivery usually takes about 2 - 5 business days (in the US). Please be patient during the holidays, and weekends as nothing gets processed during those times!
