Two heavy duty chisels wood chisel

Too heavy duty, wood chisel rusted, you need to sand it down to restore them. Looks like they would be fine. Look to be nice shape. I’m not sure what one is what brand is the other one has a brand on it? I can’t find a brand on the other one so as you see it pretty good sizecompared to my hand.
