TurboChef HHC2020 Description

The TurboChef HHC2020 split-belt countertop conveyor oven has a 50/50 split that can be used to cook two different foods at variable speeds. To create crispy crusts without burning ingredients, this unit features independently controlled top and bottom air impingement. The bake time range is adjustable from 30 seconds to 15 minutes, and while the unit is cooking, the covers and panels remain cool to the touch to reduce the risk of burns. With built-in self-diagnostics, it informs users of problems to facilitate maintenance.

When stacking kits are purchased separately, the TurboChef HHC2020 high-speed conveyor oven can be stacked together with two other units to save space on the countertop. Idle mode can be implemented when business is slow to reduce energy use and save money. With a small footprint, it has a 20-inch cook chamber and measures 48.3 inches wide by 35.7 inches deep by 17 inches high overall. This unit is made of durable stainless steel that resists high-volume use in commercial atmospheres.

IF USED EQUIPMENT IS GAS, WATER, 208 VOLTS OR HIGHER, OR 3 PHASE ELECTRICAL, IT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN WHO IS LICENSED IN YOUR STATE. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF (I.E INVOICE, WORK ORDER) OF PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION, THEN RETURNS WILL NOT BE HONORED. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
