*This unit is designed for use with Propane gas(LP) which is perfect for food trucks and other places where natural gas access is limited. If you need a natural gas model, you will need to buy a conversion kit to convert this unit's gas type to Natural Gas.
Understanding Freight shipments and additional charges:
"Free Freight" includes shipping from our dock to your dock (or business to business). Additional charges will apply if the following services are required.
Liftgate Service ($75):
You are responsible for unloading your items from the bed of a semi truck, so if you do not have a dock or forklift you will need to add lift-gate service to your shipment. When lift-gate service is added, the shipping company delivers the item on a special truck with a powered lift-gate to lower the item down to ground level.
Non-Commercial Delivery ($75):
Deliveries to any non-commercial addresses incur this fee.
Other Charges:
Inside Delivery: We do not offer inside delivery, or "white glove" services, if you ask the delivery person to perform those services, you'll be responsible for the additional charges.
Limited Access Fee:
In cases where there is limited access via trucks or there are tolls or fees associated, such as islands, ferries, New York City, etc.
It may be possible to avoid these charges altogether by picking your item up from the local terminal. Many times terminal service centers will be within 20 miles of your location.
