We make no warranty or representation regarding the quality, condition, reliability, performance, completeness or fitness of any piece of used equipment. All USED equipment is sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS", and "WITH OR WITHOUT FAULTS". We do not guarantee any used equipment in working condition or continue workability. We purchase equipment from many sources, and although we make every effort to purchase clean, operational, and quality used equipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to check serial numbers, if available, with the manufacturer to determine age and characteristics. We encourage your questions.
All new equipment is sold with the manufacturers' warranty only. Warranty issues should be addressed with the manufacturer.
We try to present the item as accurately as possible. The presentation is based on the information available to us and to our knowledge at the time of posting. We DO NOT guarantee the accuracy of this information. In general, food service establishments are known for grease. Some, but not all equipment is cleaned by use of pressure washing and/or other methods.
NOTE: We DO NOT disassemble equipment and some residual grease and grime may remain. Despite our best efforts, NO GUARANTEE is made that the equipment you receive will arrive in "clean as new" condition.
New and used equipment must be assembled, installed, and adjusted by knowledgeable, experienced, licensed and authorized personnel. Improper installations may malfunction and may void warranty.
ELECTRICAL NOTE: Some of our items are shipped without plugs and/or cords. This is done to ensure that the unit will be hard wired or plugged in to the correct electrical supply, ensuring safe and proper use. The installation of the cord/plug, or hard-wiring of the unit, may require the service of an electrician. We are not responsible for parts or service needed for installation on equipment. If the equipment is plugged/hard-wired into wrong voltage and gets damaged, we are not responsible for this damage.
REGARDING REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT: Refrigeration units are to be used in the recommended ambient temperature as stated by the manufacturer. Failure to do so may cause the equipment to function improperly and/or break down. In such a case, we are in no way responsible for the equipment. Walk-in refrigeration may require additional parts, refrigerant, and labor to be set up for your operation. Equipco USA is not responsible for the cost of such parts and/or labor to install them.
As solder ages, it becomes brittle. Solder holds refrigeration lines together. When older refrigeration is shipped on a truck, it usually bounces a bit. The bouncing and vibrations may cause the brittle solder to allow a refrigerant leak. We are not responsible for any refrigeration repairs.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR CANCELLATIONS.
However, if there is an issue, we will be happy to investigate the situation. You must contact us in writing within three (3) days of receiving the equipment to explain the circumstances.
 Equipco USA will not be responsible for labor costs involved with repairs; but parts may be covered within seven (7) days of receiving the equipment.
 Equipco USA is not responsible for any costs involved with repairs done to the equipment without our prior approval.
 We do not pay for, or reimburse for, the installation of equipment or for equipment to be "checked over" by a professional service. 
For approved returns, the buyer must arrange return shipping. Equipco USA is not responsible for returning the item to us. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. The item cost, less 25% restocking fee, will be refunded after the equipment has been returned to us and meets our inspection.
 We do not accept the return of items damaged during shipment. The customer is responsible for keeping the equipment and filing a damage claim. We will refuse any return of damaged goods; therefore the buyer would be liable for any additional shipping and/or storage charges.

Items shipped within State of Florida are subject to 7% Florida Sales Tax.
 Orders are usually shipped about 2-10 business days after fund is transferred, unless otherwise noted in the item's listing. However, due to potential stock issues, new items may occasionally take longer to ship. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME.  We can arrange shipping, crating and packaging of your order.
 All shipping and handling charges must be paid at the time of purchase as shipping is prepaid.
 The Company neither accepts responsibility for crating and packaging performance, nor damage to merchandise after it leaves our warehouse or that of our suppliers.
 If damage is sustained during shipping, we will assist you with the damage claim with the freight carrier. However, filing of damage claims with the freight carrier and following up with them is the sole responsibility of the customer.
NOTE: Damage claims may take up to 120 days or longer to resolve.
IMPORTANT NOTE: DAMAGE TO MERCHANDISE MUST BE DOCUMENTED WITH THE FREIGHT CARRIER UPON DELIVERY AND IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO THE FREIGHT CARRIER'S CLAIMS DEPARTMENT. 
Standard packing for heavy items consists of securing the item to a pallet with metal/plastic strapping, plastic wrap, bubble wrap (depending on the item), and warning labeling, providing significant deterrent to damage.
Standard packing charges DO NOT include additional protective crating or box construction. These services are available at an additional charge. 
Floor and Demo Models may not be shipped with original packaging.
 We offer curbside delivery. Inside delivery is subject to additional charges.

Most used items purchased are available for pick up at our Pompano, Florida warehouse, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (please note that we are closed on most holidays). Our friendly warehouse staff will be happy to assist you with the loading of your vehicle.
WE WILL DISCOUNT THE PALLETING FEE BY 50% IF PICKED UP.
IMPORTANT NOTE: SECURING OF THE LOAD IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. THE COMPANY ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF LOADS THAT ARE IMPROPERLY OR INADEQUATELY SECURED.
 All customer pick-ups are subject to 7% Florida Sales Tax.
 Customers picking up larger items such as Walk-in refrigeration are subject to a loading fee.
Due to limited warehouse space, we request that you make arrangements to pick up your item(s) as early as possible.
 All items not picked up within 30 days will incur a storage charge of $60.00 per item, per month or a portion thereof.
All items not picked up within 60 days from close of auction/purchase will be canceled and disposed of. Money paid related to these items will be forfeited.

If you have an issue, please allow us an opportunity to address your concerns before posting a negative feedback. We make every effort to maintain happy customers and aggressively address your concerns to mutual satisfaction. Your satisfaction is our goal.
Our customer service and accounting staff work hard to process orders and answer your questions as quickly as possible. If the customer refuses a shipment, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways, and a 25% restocking fee. No exceptions will be made unless an agreement is reached between the Company and the customer prior to time of delivery.
If the buyer thinks there is a misrepresentation regarding the item or its condition in our posting, or Terms and Conditions, the buyer must communicate with the seller why he or she thinks there is a misrepresentation. The seller will review the facts and make a decision regarding the alleged misrepresentation. If the seller agrees there is a misrepresentation, the seller will refund only the bid/purchase amount of the merchandise upon its return to our facility and freight paid by the buyer. Basic Criteria
All returns must include the following:
Original packaging (Pallet/skid ,carton/box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) written on the shipping label.
The return must be complete and include all accessories.
Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria
If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned to you at your expense. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified, any credit request will be denied,  and you will be charged for all shipping. By requesting an RMA and/or shipping a return in violation of this policy you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the product back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our Returns Warehouse.

To begin the return process on an item you change your mind about, you will first need to obtain an RMA number.
 Basic Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated below, you have 14 days from the date of your order placement (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA from us. Once an RMA is issued you have 3 days to return the product to us. RMAs must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the product being returned. Only one RMA is issued per return. When it expires, you may no longer return your product.
You will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Warehouse.
Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in same condition that was sent and in strict conformance with the basic criteria and basic returns policy listed above, the purchase price will be credited to the purchaser for the original purchase.
