Tru-Linker Hand Crank Z-Linker Sausage Linker

This Hand Crank Z-Linker sausage linker by Tru-Linker Company, LLC is ideal for small volume sausage makers.  The Z-linker forms and cuts individual links from a length of casing and can handle casings measuring from 13mm to 34mm in diameter without adjustment.  The Z-linker comes with 2 solid nylon cams for making sausages in either 4-inch or 5.25-inch length.  This unit has 4 stainless steel linking blades and is currently mounted to a plywood base measuring 24" x 24" x ½".  The plywood can be easily removed for installation on another base or table.  Original Owners' Manual is included.
