Condition: The binder is in poor condition. It is very dirty and shows lots of wear. The rings are rusty and have discolored some of the inside of the binder and pages (see picture). The inside pages are in acceptable condition. Most inside pages are not ripped or torn but they are dirty & spotted. A few of the punched holes may be tearing out and may need reinforcing. Unmarked inside. Musty odor. See pictures.
All used clothing is washed or cleaned per eBay standards.
