If you buy from my store, you have to be patient. This isn't Amazon.
I use USPS, and sometimes packages take a while to deliver, and I don't control the USPS offices. We all have to be patient for delivery.
If you're not patient and open a claim without asking first, you'll receive your refund, but you'll be blocked from my store to prevent future claims from both sides. I'm sorry.
