Looks like it may have been installed but then removed as there a few little scratches on the electrical connector and no cable harness present. Otherwise it appears brand new with only a few smudges from handling. Was sitting on a shelf for a few years. Assumed to be working, but have no way of testing. Bracket included as shown.
