  When it comes to socket fusion for the geothermal loops, pipes and their connections to the manifolds, 
  we offer one of the most advanced tools available on the market today.

  Use this tool to join HDPE, MDPE, PP and PVDF pipes.

  Solid in design as well as appearance, this socket fusion joining tool allows you to fuse one size pipe with couplings, fittings and U-bends. 

  Operates on 120 VAC and can supply temperatures up to 580°F.

  The tool has 800W heating element and has capacity to accommodate three different adapter 
  sizes at a time, for up to 2" (IPS) size

Pipefuser™ tools are used with HDPE ground loops to connect various pipe lengths, to make U-bends and to connect the supply and return pipes to the headers. The extra cable length allows for ease of use in trenches. Faster heating irons are available for colder weather applications.


WATER / WASTEWATER



Pipefuser™ tools can all accommodate sizes from 1" to 2" IPS pipe, and beyond. Allows for a cost-effective alternative to butt fusion, using couplings to connect same size pipe. Initial investment pays for itself in short period of time. Durability of the tool is guaranteed. Non-stick material coated heater adapters are heavy duty and hard wearing. Can be used for PE as well as PP pipe.


INDUSTRIAL



Pipefuser™ is the perfect tool to use with PVDF pipe for industrial chemicals, with a temperature range of up to 570 F. Can be used with IPS sizes as small as 1/2". ISO metric size heater adapters are also available on special order.

REFRIGERANT



Pipefuser™ is the tool of choice for refrigerant lines for ice arenas. Will not rust or corrode easily. Non-stick material coated iron available on special order. Can accommodate a wide range of pipe sizes, including 1" IPS, whereby two simultaneous set-ups are possible. Allows for a cost-effective alternative to butt fusion, using couplings to connect same size pipe.


IRRIGATION



Pipefuser™ is the perfect tool for commercial irrigation projects, and because of its design comes in handy for tight turns. Perfect tool to do socket fusion connections instead of using mechanical joints for smaller projects, due to fast iron heating time feature coupled with minimum outlay for equipment.
 

GAS



Connections with HDPE/ MDPE pipe can be done for up to and including 2" IPS pipe with Pipefuser™ tools and also for sizes as small as 1/2" IPS. Special order irons are available for up to and including 4" IPS pipe, allowing a cost effective alternative to butt fusion, using couplings to connect same size pipe. Second handle available for large size pipe fusion.
