You are looking at a new, authentic, OEM Titleist driver adapter with ferrule.  This adapter is good for RH or LH dextarity, A1 setting for RH is standard and D4 for LH is standard.  Don't settle for the cheap knock-off after market adapters, get an authentic one and never regret it.  Only OEM Titleist adapters have the serial # shown in the pictures, and OEM Titleist driver ferrules always have the rib at the bottom as shown in the picture.
