Sort, do not wash. For salads,
add 1 cup of boiling water to 1 cup ofbulgur, cover, ready in 10 minutes.
For pilaf, lightly stir-fry 1 cup bulgur in 2 Tbsp olive oil before cooking,
add 1.5 cup of boiling water, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
For a filling hot breakfast, cook in juice or milk, sweeten and top with chopped
nuts or fruit.
