Warranty:
**We offer a 30-DAY WARRANTY for all our items listed
as USED or NEW**
Explanation: We test our items before we list them and
before we ship them to you. We try to describe the functionality of the item to
the best of our ability. We understand the nature of used items and offer a
30-DAY WARRANTY in case of any fault in the machine.
Warranty Specifics: The warranty includes free returns
within the 30-Days. If at any point within the 30-Days your item fails, feel
free to message us and we will take care of you. If you would like a return, a
shipping label will be provided for you. If you need an exchange and we have an
item available for you, we will be more than glad to process an exchange for
you. The warranty starts on the day your item arrives at your door (as shown by
the tracking number).
Exceptions/Voids: The warranty does not cover for faults
that were already described in the listing before purchase. Please read the
listing carefully to avoid any confusion. The warranty is VOIDED for items
listed FOR PARTS OR REPAIR.
Returns:
Returns are available for any item that is listed as USED
and covered under the WARRANTY. If your item arrives damaged or non-working feel
free to contact us. If the buyer would like a return because they changed their
mind about the item, there will be no restocking fee but shipping costs will
have to be paid on the buyer?s behalf. In this situation, please contact us and
provide a tracking number once you have shipped your item back.
If an item is listed for PARTS OR REPAIR all sales are
final.
Missing Parts:
We specifically write in our listing what accessories come
with your item. Although very rare, if
your order happens to be missing parts that are mentioned as being provided, please
contact us directly and we will accommodate you as quick as possible. Please do
not open a return in this situation.
Shipping:
US DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY. We do not offer international
shipping at the moment. Most shipments are processed through FedEx Ground/Home
Delivery or USPS Priority Mail unless the item is too large in which it will be
shipped Freight. Almost all items are FREE SHIPPING, unless of course the item
is being shipped freight. If your address cannot receive FedEx or USPS
shipments please notify us immediately. We strive to ship your items to you as
fast as possible.
