Summary: I used the tool on my 62 studebaker GT Hawk. It found the problem areas. I think it would be a must for the guy or gal looking to purchase a used car especially a classic. Good sheet metal should have less than a 1/32th of an inch of filler. It's much easy to fill it end than straighten. If you are going to pay big money for something that looks good now but will be a mess in a few years, spend the money on this tool. You can also use it drive the price way down if you are willing to rework the sheet metal. I've seen screen wire, concrete, paper and gust plain rust out metal just smoothed over and painted. So spend the small bucks to save the huge bucks later.
