Connection Tips

Step 2：Plug the smart plug into your outlet within wifi coverage (Only 2.4G), and register your personal Smart Life account.

WiFi Tips
The plug works with WiFi networks in most American homes. Please see below for the answers to the most frequently asked questions. 1. You can check the label on the router to see the frequency type, this plug is suitable for "Dual Band" or "Single Band 2.4Ghz". 2. The WiFi frequency can be modified by logging in to the "Management Interface" on the router. The frequency needs to be set to 2.4Ghz in order for the plug to be connected.
