Our lead tech Allen Becker has been in the Ice Cream and Gelato business his entire life.  Coming from Kiel Wi, (Where Stoelting machines are manufactured) we have technical factory training from many manufactures that Simply Can Not be matched!  

Recently joining our service team, CoolTec Refrigeration has been our sole supplier for mobile service work near and far. Jon Morse and the CoolTec team is receiving top notch training to meet the Specialized demand for Frozen Dessert Equipment service and repair.
