  1. Open the T-Mobile bring your own device (BYOD) site.
  2. Enter your T-Mobile or Verizon IMEI in the text box.
  3. Click on "Check compatibility."
  4. Send us the information that you see.

  • Insurance devices => Not supported
  • Not delivered devices => Not supported

Checkout Instructions:

Click on the "Buy It Now" button and submit your device's IMEI number during checkout by clicking "Add message" to the seller. Alternatively, you can send it to us via direct eBay message.

Turnaround Time:

1-6 business hours (may take up to 15 days if the service is experiencing delays).

Terms & Conditions:

  1. We can only remove blocks from T-Mobile network; other networks are not supported.
  2. If your device is blocked due to non-payment or outstanding dues, we cannot clear the block.
  3. We are not responsible for whether your device activates on T-Mobile. Our role is to remove the block, which can be verified on T-Mobile's BYOD website.
  4. Once the device is cleared, it will immediately show as "clean" on T-Mobile's BYOD website. It may take days or even weeks for this status to update on third-party websites.
  5. We do not accept claims if the device does not belong to you or you are not the account holder.

Cancellation Policy:

Once payment is made for an IMEI service, cancellations are only possible if the request is incomplete or rejected.

Warranty:

We offer a 3-calendar-day warranty after your device is fixed. Report issues within 3 days.
