T-Mobile will need your phone's IMEI 2 number to activate an eSIM for you. You may have bought and received an eSIM from other companies without sending the IMEI. This is not how it works at T-Mobile. This carrier requires the IMEI 2 and sometimes the EID at the time of activation (please see the details below).
One month of service is included. Unlimited Talk, Text & High Speed Data on the phone inside of the USA only. The hotspot speed is up to 3G (very slow).
The eSIM will NOT work outside of the USA, neither regularly nor on Wi-Fi calling. If you are travelling to the USA, you can get it activated outside of the USA and use it in the USA.
Wi-Fi Calling will NOT work inside or outside of the USA.
NOTE: Please allow some time after sending your activation request. We ignore the words urgent , ASAP, expedite and those with similar meaning in requests we receive. The requests are processed on first come first served basis and as soon as possible during our activation hours mentioned below. Wi-Fi Calling will NOT work inside or outside of the USA.

This listing is for remote
activation of eSIM capable phones only. A USA phone number will be assigned.
You can get your phone activated from outside and inside of the USA. You
will have the regular Talk, Text and Data service within the USA where T-Mobile
has coverage. No physical SIM card will be shipped. If you need a regular (physical) SIM card, see our other

Before making a purchase, please carefully check to see if your phone is 1- Unlocked 2- Unblocked (not reported lost, not stolen, not paid off) 3- T-Mobile Compatible 4- eSIM Capable (search for T-Mobile IMEI check on the internet). If you see it is neither compatible nor eSIM capable, please save us some time and do not make a purchase. A non-eSIM phone does not magically turn to an eSIM phone here in our office.
How to know if your phone has an
eSIM: Just dial * # 06 #
If a 32-digit EID along with IMEI numbers appear on the screen, then your
phone is eSIM capable. No EID, No eSIM.
How to activate your eSIM: When you are ready for eSIM activation,
1- Keep your phone connected to a good quality internet connection.
2- Send us the following: DO NOT SEND A SCREENSHOT. TYPE THE NUMBERS PLEASE.
a) IMEI 2 (eSIM
IMEI) only if iPhone *** IMEI 2 (eSIM
IMEI) AND EID (32 digits) if Android or
ChromeOS (Samsung, Pixel, ...)
b) Activation date (not date and time, we cannot activate it at an exact time). *** See our activation hours below ***
T-Mobile eSIM activation does not have any activation code for you to enter. The eSIM profile gets sent to your phone via the internet as soon as we activate the eSIM. If because of some reason, the phone has not been able to receive the eSIM profile, please scan the QR code attached to the confirmation message we send you after activation. The QR code, it is not really a code, it is just an address and is the same for all T-Mobile activations).
We have activation hours. Please
find them below. Also please allow us some time to contact you or reply to your
message if the order was placed within the activation hours.
If your phone is connected to the
internet at the same time that we are activating your SIM card, your phone will
receive the T-Mobile eSIM profile automatically. Otherwise you will need to
scan the QR code we send you in order to download the eSIM profile when your
phone is connected to the internet.
eSIM will NOT work if:
1- Your phone is not T-Mobile compatible.
2- The phone is blocked (reported lost, stolen or not fully
paid off).
3- The phone is locked to another company.
We shall not be responsible if
you are not able to use the service due to having an incompatible, locked or
blacklisted phone.
This listing is NOT for a refill
card. If you already have a T-Mobile service and need to refill your account,
please look for a listing offering that.
The phone number we activate for you
is NOT for porting purposes. If you need a port number, you can find one on
eBay for a couple of bucks.
NO PORT IN (NO NUMBER
TRANSFER FROM OTHER COMPANIES OR FROM T-MOBILE TO T-MOBILE).
A new number based on your
preference and available area codes will be issued. You may choose your area
code (if available) but not the number. This number CANNOT be changed,
transferred or placed under another account for 45 days from the date of activation
because it will cause a service interruption and refill failure.
No refund if the eSIM card has
already been activated.

You may schedule your eSIM
activation for a later date. Please include the activation date in your
activation request message.
PLEASE NOTE:
1- Requests
received before and during these hours will be processed at some time within
these hours on a first come first served basis. We will ignore “urgent” or
“ASAP” requests. We already process requests ASAP.
2- Requests
received after these hours will be processed the next day.
3- You
will receive a confirmation message when your eSIM is activated. Please do not
send multiple requests.
4- If
two hours have passed since the end activation hours and your eSIM has not been
activated, please send us a follow up message.
5-
In rare cases, there may be a technical problem that prevents us from
activating your eSIM during these hours. In such cases, we will communicate it
to you and will process your request as soon as the issue is resolved.
No
contract! No obligation! It is a prepaid service. Line will remain active as
long as it is paid for. You, the buyer, will be responsible for refilling the
account at the regular plan price after the service period purchased here if
you wish to keep using the number/service.
No return or refund after
activation.
