SGB Official Stores offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders for UK Mainland. We will aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds and you should expect delivery within 48 hours after dispatch. Items not stocked within the UK and arriving from mainland Europe may take up to 11-12 working days to arrive.

Our returns policy is applicable to all National and International orders.

After receiving your item(s) you have up to 30 working days (Under the Consumer Contract Regulations) to cancel your order. We will require the goods to be unused and to be returned in their original packaging.

Please send us a message through eBay if you would like to return an item, we will respond with a reference number to enclose with the returned product and the return address for you to do so. This process is designed to provide all parties with the quickest and smoothest service, and therefore no alternative policy is available.

Upon receiving the returned product we will process your refund, through PayPal, within 48hrs.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange and fund the cost of returning an item. You are responsible for any loss or damage from when the product(s) are delivered to you until when they are returned to us. For this reason, please only send items back to us via a traceable postal service.

Genuine Suzuki Parts and Accessories are provided with a full 12 month ‘Unlimited’ mileage warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is supported by a pan-European cover and, subject to Terms and Conditions, is redeemable via any Suzuki Dealer or Authorised Repairer on production of your proof of purchase document.

If there is a fault with your product and if the fault has developed within 30 days of delivery we will offer a refund, including postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned for assessment and verification of the fault.

If the fault develops after 30 days but within the warranty period please contact us via my eBay and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned for assessment and verification of the fault. Please note that replacements are subject to availability and in the situation where we are unable to repair or replace your item, at our own discretion we would offer refund or exchange to an alternative product.
