Must have for tapering down. Cutting by hand with scissors is not accurate, uneven cuts can have a big effect. This has personally helped me cut down and prevent uneven doses which cause mood swings, withdrawal symptoms and other negative effects. Comes with 2 razor and two sets of cutting boxes. Top holds the film in place while making cuts and prevents the film from moving. Quickly cut strips by inserting the razor into each slots and slice. Press and hold to top and bottom piece to prevent shifting. Very easy and fool proof. No need to worry about films sticking to your hand. Opiate addiction help.
