This 20" solid steel bar was specifically designed for performing arm, shoulder, and back exercises on a cable machine. Perform wide grip tricep extensions with the elbows pointed out to hit the inner head of the triceps. Narrow the grip with elbows in to target the outer and medial heads. For bicep training, attach to a low cable and with a narrow grip and elbows slightly flared out but by your side, perform a curl to work the outer head of the bicep.
