The handle is embossed 1 1/2 and the bell measures 1 1/2 as well. Overall height is 7" and the inlet is 1/2 NPT
The finial on top is incorrect and there are wrench marks on the base and the stem

Here is what I BELIEVE to be a Penberthy steam whistle. There is NO makers name ion it but looking at others the unique handle and mount are the same, so I think it is a Penberthy!
